Tekken: UFCs Roger Huerta to play 'Matador' in upcoming film

Top UFC lightweight contender Roger Huerta will not compete until at least September 2008 to finish school and rest from a frantic five-fight 2007.

In the meantime, he'll star as "Matador" in the upcoming feature film, "Tekken," which is a popular old school video game. The release date is set for sometime in 2009.

That Tekken trailer is fake!!

NONE of the actors that are visible in that trailer are scheduled to be in the movie. You can clearly see Ken Watanabe, Wesley Snipes, Christian Bale, Kiera Knightley, Nathan Jones, and a couple more!

Besides that, it looked incredibly amateur!

I wonder how many different fighters will be featured in that game? If sure it’ll be awesome. I just hope they don’t try doing cheesey storylines like WWE video games. They should include some sort of “season” or create your own fight camps mode though. Can’t wait!!!

Good idea, but I think TUF should be a seperate game altogether. What if you took every fighter from every season and every coach and put them all in a gigantic mansion? I’ve always wanted to see that. Now it’ll never be, many have gone to other orginizations or have quit fighting period. Great idea Matty B!!!

I don’t remember all the details but I think I read something about THQ releasing more info on the UFC game at UFC 84 on May 24th. Can’t wait. I need that game to give me my fix in between pay per views.

I’d also beat up Hughes on a daily basis. The UFC should make that a selling point. COME AND BEAT UP MATT HUGHES! I think the game would gain much more noriety. Honestly, I hope they have a create your own fighter mode. That’s what I’ll be looking foward to.

i dont hate bisping, i just think that he believes hes alot better than he really is. going back to his cage rage days he also seemed to have a big ego. and if he wasnt english would he reli be in the ufc?

That shite doesn’t look real. I’m not saying that Roger’s not gonna be in the movie, I’m just not sure is Christian Bale would be.

Where the hell does it say anywhere that roger is gonna be in this move? I can’t find that on IMDB or google antwhere.

ONLY A FAN CLIP, not a real trailer!!!!! Trust me, for someone who competed in Tekken tournaments in college thoughout the state, there is no way this is a legit trailer. Nice effects by adding the SPIKE logos though.
