UFC 83: Press conference today to announce Canada event

The UFC will hold a press conference in about a half-hour at 10 a.m. ET time to announce its first-ever event in Canada.
UFC 83 is booked for April 19 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, featuring the welterweight title fight between Georges St. Pierre and Matt Serra.

In addition, St. Pierre and Serra will be available during an autograph session today from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET. Fans who attend the meet-and-greet will also be eligible to purchase tickets during an exclusive presale.
Get over there if you can swing it -- sounds like a great opportunity.
Update: UFC President Dana White revealed during the press conference that more than 13,000 tickets were purchased during the UFC Fight Club presale yesterday. That's more than half the seating for the venue (about 22,000). Act fast if you plan to attend -- tickets are being gobbled up.

how can I watch this conference??
I clicked on the link and only got the ufc.com read up, saying there will be a press-conference.
If I am missing something, I would appreciate any assistance.

Serra looked uncomfortable sitting there while all the frenchy’s were speaking french.
Im Canadian, just not French/Canadian…..I couldn’t understand a damn thing they were saying..It would of been nice if they had a translater……..
Anyways, I am still upset with the fact that Shogun is not coming here, but I am still going(my 1st live event)…
I just hope the UFC sends a couple more top fighters..Hopfully some ex-PrideFC fighters. For I am(was) a die-hard PrideFC fan…..

Here we go again!! People lets please not under-estimate Matt Serra again. GSP is awesome, Im a huge fan but he has got a lot of pressure on him fighting at home and for the title.
Serra is no slouch, lets not forget he may have St.pierre’s number.

I’d be surprised if you could get tickets at the pre-sale now, there’s been nothing for over an hour. UFC 83…How do you know the tickets are half sold out? Not being sarcastic, I’d just like to know how to tell.

Dude, I’m sorry to tell you guys but Serra is gonna get RAPED! GSP is gonna manhandle him in every aspect of this fight. I see him taking Serra down basically immediately and then just owning the shit of him before getting a Kimura to end it in the first.

Yeah I hear you on that one. My desk is right in front of the coordinators at work, but I don’t give a Fuk, lol. I can’t wait to see GSP get his gold back. I loved how he said he didn’t want the interim title. That was great.

Confirmed Rich Franklin vs. Travis Lutter and Bisping vs. McCarthy. Quarry-Starnes and Bocek-Danzig were also confirmed.

Is that a UFC pic or one Mania made up? If it’s UFC, they better be careful about how much they utilize the fleur-de-lis. Dana better study up on some Canadian culture and history as French Canada and the rest of Canada don’t always see eye to eye (“sovereignty association” anyone? to our American friends, that phrase probably doesn’t mean anything. but ask anyone in Canada outside of Quebec and you are likely to get a heated response.)
Using the fleur-de-lis over the maple leaf as a symbol for their first Canadian show might be a bad move.
