Regardless of his recent loss, HA is still going to ruin a few LHW’s dream of a title.

I think that when kidney transplants are done that they also remove the adrenal gland from that side since it sits on top of the kidney.

Thank about that, Houston only has one adrenal gland. Imagine him with two!

Sounds like Mick Doyle giving him the interview.

I love this guy. I hope he can turn it around and become more well rounded to make a run at the title before he gets too old. Lets have him fight Liddell or Wanderlei Silva. Definitely a KO there.

I agree, I just think he needs to work on his ground game. As far as standing and banging goes, he will pose some problems.

I think he got lucky on his first few fights and caught Jardine and Sakara off guard. He was an unknown, they were not ready for the rush. If he fought either of those guys again he would lose.

Alexander hits hard! Jardine and Sakara wenren’t caught of guard, just simply “caught”. If he was to fight either of them again the outcome easily could be the same. Both Jardine and Sakara are stand-up fighters so it would only be a matter of time before someone gets caught.

it’s possible but the beating the both of them got scared the shit outta both of them and the would’nt agree to another fight.hell they prolly still have nightmares about a big bad black mother f-cker looking over them and wondering we’re not in Kansas any more todo.

thiago silva is fuckin awesome, twice the expierence, and he has trained with more elite fighters ,ala ruas, boys, wandy, anderson, caalvao, whitebear, aserado, cyborg etc.,so it wasnt really a surprise ,he will be there when all the chips fall …we could end up seeing an ryoto machida/thiago for the 205 title in the next 2 or 3 yrs…

yeah that would be a great fight…a knockout for sure, neither likes (or is good at) the ground..

Not a hater at all.

I love guys that come out and bang. I am saying he has started the same way Sokoujou. Got a couple of lucky punches in and betten well known guys (getting a reputation to early).

Both Alexander and Sokoujou got exposed in their last fights.

KingVoll: I definately agree.

ViolentMike: This one is for you. ENJOY!

NEW Fitch talks Gono, GSP, Karo, Kos, BJ, Werdum, GG, Couture and Allison Stokke!
So Fitch was chatting on the UG last night…

Some of his quotes for those who care:

Quote:
I cant wait for GSP, but my hands are full with Gono at the moment. So ill worry bout that for now.

i hope he (Gono) can teach me some dance moves at the after fight party.

I love it that I am 7-0 in the UFC and am on a 14 fight win streak without a lose since 2002 (against a 205 lb fighter) and people still dont know who I am. Im a fucking ghost.

I think cardio will be the deciding factor in the bj vs. jd. I hope werdum vs. gonzaga is a good fight. werdum is way better than he showed against arvlosky, and I think gonzaga was overwhemled by the fact he was fighting for the title. Plus Randy is the shit.

Ill be ready to go for the show next week.
I adjust my weight differently for each fight. some guys I want to be a lot bigger than, and some I need to be a lot faster so Ill come in lighter. the average (weight cut) is around 15lbs

i wouldnt mind anything that had a little allison stokke sprinkled on it. (me: LOL)

I usually dont sleep till 2am. I get up at 10am. Take a nap in the afternoon between workouts. We fight at 7pm-11pm, so no reason to be an early riser.
I quit my job after the Diego fight. Kos really didnt think GSP would wrestle with him at all. He prepared to stand and trade that whole fight. He just didnt mentally adjust to it.

I wanted Karo but it didnt work out. I am honored to fight Gono. I like fighting really good fighters, regardless of there popularity in the states. Ive fought a lot of really fucking good guys in the UFC. Never had a gimmie. Woudnt have it any other way.

I like to steal the phrase at the end of every cheppell show, Im rich, bitch!!! and change it to Im Fitch, Bitch!!!!

we were instructed that the doc would inspect all cuts. plus he got like 2 to 3 minutes to rest during the round break while the doc looked at his nose and a cut. I never said time out either, I just asked the ref if my lip was falling off. Tito ran over said it was just a cut so i kept fighting. It felt like it was hanging off though, freaked me the fuck out. I have no problem with fighting anyone. He would need to get healthy and beat a lot of guys to make it happen though.

yeah, it was bleeding so bad my mouth kept filling up with blood. I couldnt spit it out either because of the lip. so i had to tilt my head forward in order to poor the blood out.

its all about my training through osmosis theory. if you want to lose weight hang out with skinny people. If you want to gain weight hang out with fat people. if you hurt your ribs, eat ribs. hurt your foot, eat pigs feet. want to be taller, fuck tall bitches.

I think what Gono does better than any other fighter Ive fought in the UFC is THINK. He is more clever than anything else. He looks at a fight like a puzzle he is trying to solve. Many fighters just try to force a few things through out the fight. So if you can stop those few things you are in the clear. Gono is tricky and willing to try new things and take risks to win fights.

I think that what he doesnt do as well is that he is not really a specialist at any one thing. This leaves him vulnerable to being dominated in one area of his game by different types of fighters.

I am still developing my strategy, you will see it on fight night. My weight is a secret. Cant give up to much info.

I think that if he fought Jardine again, Jardine would win by taking him to the ground. Keith actaully has good BJJ skills! But if Houston were to rematch with Sakara, I see Houston winning at least 9 out of 10 times.

And John, I just came across your post. Got a 10 oclock meeting, so I’ll check it out immediatley after. So far, all I read was “ViolentMike: This one is for you. ENJOY!”

I can’t wait to get out of the meeting!
