The marker, retractable or not is obviously working. His signature in black ink is in the process of being signed when this photo was taken. If you are trying to imply that the pictures were allready digitally signed you are wrong, beacause the full signature is not even on the paper yet.

There’s nothiong wrong with this picture. Mania thought it was the pen but the pen is retractable.
