The marker, retractable or not is obviously working. His signature in black ink is in the process of being signed when this photo was taken. If you are trying to imply that the pictures were allready digitally signed you are wrong, beacause the full signature is not even on the paper yet.

I’m not implying anything like that. I clearly made a mistake — it looked like he was holding the marker upside-down. Good mistake though (for once), some funny business going on in this thread.
