This will be a great match. I hope it’s not another decision. Guida is a great fighter and hard to finish so it looks like it will go the distance. I like both fighters but hope to see Huerta win with an early KO.

You are 100% right…
This fight is going to be a WAR!!

I like both fighters, but i am routing for Huerta aswell.

BOth fighters are very tough. I would have to give the edge to guida. Huerta hasnt been really tested yet, and guida seems to always be fighting tough opponents, unlike huerta who fights alberto crane.

Dont get me wrong, I am a fan of both fighters, but guida is more battle ready RIGHT NOW. The future is very bright for huerta…so FANS win…. especially since its free on spike.

So why is Guida working for the competition? Zuffa might not be happy about this one.

I like Guida, but I can’t go against a fellow Texan.

This fight is going to be good and it’s going to be free. They should have made this fight the main event at UFC 78. I would pay to watch these guys fight any day.

I can’t wait for this fight. This will be a fight of the year candidate. Guida never disappoints.

Lets disect this fight. What are Huerta’s weaknesses?
What are Guidas

Both have busy styles.
Both have good chins.
Both have good stand-up.
Both have good top-side ground games and sub skills.
Guida could easily be undefeated in the UFC.
Huerta is undefeated in the UFC.
Neither have ever been stopped.

Neither has one punch KO power.
Guida tends to duck and get hit A LOT.
Neither has an impressive guard.
Huerta gives up position A LOT.
Both have been submitted.
Guida has faced tough opposition (Marcus Aurelio, Din Thomas, Tyson Griffin (in UFC).
Huerta’s last name opponent was Melvin “Greased Pig” Guillard back in 2005 (pre UFC).

It should be an all-out-war, but I like Guida by sub.

Question: Clay Guida, Did you really have an opponent named Clay Guidiolla?

That’s hilarious. Guidiolla has only faught that one fight against Guida. They probably found him in the phone book.
