Yeah baby, this pre-show promotion stuff really does it for me. I am so stoked for this one. God I love MMA and everything that goes with it!!

Why must they always vandalize the house? Dana should fine them if they do.

This should be an entertaining season. From seeing the previews I would imagine that Dana will be kicking someone off the show as he did so last year when someone fought in the house or should I say on the property.

The hell w/ the house…it looked like another fight broke out at the house…if these fighters keep looking unprofesional, it won’t make MMA look any better to state athletic commisions that haven’t already legalized mma!

at the end of the video….does that guy spit in the room w/ the broken doors???

I am pretty sure that state athletic commisioners dont use reality tv shows as their research in studying whether or not they should sanction a particular sport. Just a guess.

As for the show. I have a feeling that its going to be like the last show that only had one weight class. Half the guys belong and the other half get owned in the octagon and take out their frustrations on the house.

As bad as the fighters may be…I still cain’t wait!

Looks crazy!!! Good to see Serra’s maintained his annoying personality. I can’t wait for the season, but I’m more excited about watching Hughes destroy the current “champ”.

This show could be the demise of the face that real fighters like Randy are daily struggling to keep from being trashed. I hope like crazy that the drama falls to the wayside and we can see some real fighters doing some real training for a real living, not the best group of PUNKS, for better “reality” TV. This is not the MMA I want to leave to my boys.

As real as it gets? I sure hope not………

What a fucking retarded idea to do another welterwieght season for an already stacked division. Not only is it stacked but there are other guys who are in line for a title shot such as Karo. They should have done a middle wieght season.

Shit, who gave these guys fire?!?

Ho-hum…. Another season of TUF? I look forward to watching these Johnny Come Lately’s, Middle-class White Hopes and Frat Boys tear up the octagon (and house) with their overblown testosterone and male insecurities. A good promotional tool for the UFC, but lacking in real substance or credible fighters.

Will there be any mma on the show?

MMA? What’s that have to do with anything…

I agree that this tearing up the house & in-house fighting is getting old. My wife won’t let my kids watch the show anymore because she thinks it’s too violent & they get bad ideas from all of the antics (which ultimately means that I miss most of the shows). A little more responsibility on behalf of the UFC to show mature adults training to become better athletes & getting these thugs off the camera would go a long way to improve the perception of the sport.

Its crazy what they do to and in the house. Dispite its name a “pool table” doesn’t belong in a pool.

I don’t know about you guys but to me the way these guys tear up the house is a sign of total dis-respect. When you look at the champions we have in the UFC not many of them are the crazy type. I think that is because a lot of these so called “bad asses” lack the focus and discipline needed to truely ascend to heights of greatness, unlike a Couture or a St. Pierre who have done so. I see some of these types where I train, who can’t focus long enough to get the technique perfect and don’t have the attention span to repeat the same drill over and over because they get bored, not realising MMA is as much mental as it is physical.

However the impression Nick Diaz gave was that of a borng house in which there is not much to keep you mentally stimulated. So it is really a recipe for disaster.

everyone should stop crying about how this makes mma look bad when half of us didn’t become hardcore fans until this show started…regardless of the antics its all about ratings and money and if dana white thought this was hurting his pocket in any way he’d pull a plug on it…just look at the fedor situation.

Yeh, if he is gonna fire Babalu for portraying the sport in a negative fassion, then street fights in the house have to be acompanied by dismisals of fighters from the show. I love the show from a mma point of view, and I am guilty of enjoying the entertainment side of it(the Drama), but incidents like do not help the sport grow.

2 people have a problem wit each other in the house, great, stick em in the octagon. What better way to solve problems. With an outlet to release your anger (The Octagon) y ruin your careers by fighting inb the house. Dana and the coaches should stay on top of arguments between fighters, and stick the bickering fighters in the cage together, b4 the arguments escalate.

i bet this show will have more viewers than all the other ultimate fighter shows before.

Ehh, its entertainment and most of the guys come from well known camps. However, I think the level of talent is slowly dropping. Either way, TUFers that arent that good get dropped eventually.

Looks like tons of crap that set Daner off on the last show… guys fighting in the house and acting like children with too much sugar in their blood.

I’m sure it will be entertaining, but…

Great. They fire Babalu for holding the choke, Dana gets pissed for the 2 TUF brawling, now they have this preview of TUFers breaking the doors, throwing the couch, breaking furniture and fire. What a great way to promote “this isn’t what UFC is all about”. Fuck Dana.

serra sucks and Hughes is going to own him in there fight, and serra will never get a title shot again.

by nathan on Sep 3, 2007 12:06 PM EDT reply actions   0 recs

They should have done either a MW div show or possibly a HW div… both still need help, MW is just all jacked up, and HW is getting better with high end fighters. They should get some new blood in the HW div soon though, and some GOOD fighters in the MW di NOW!!!

You ain’t kidding…Let the drama begin. It seems like every season the house gets destroyed even more

They really made serra out to be the good guy in TUF 4. I wonder if he gets to be the evildoer in this one.

wow, there looks to be more than one fight in the house. get these buster ass nobodys off of tv and get some guys in there who may not have been training MMA as long but for christs sake can get through 8 weeks without destroying a fat ass house and maybe concentrate on, whats it called?, oh yeah, training! IDIOTS i’ll be watching religiously, but to see if there is any talent availible and to watch my boy HUGHES!!!

he is going to slam Serra on his head!!!!

What is it with the house wrecking? Is that an American thing born out of the appropriately named “Jackass” phenominum??

What a bunch of pr*cks. Fighting sports are all about diciplin and controlled aggression. These guys just act like a bunch of retarded hooligans… I guess daddy didn’t buy them the car they wanted!
