Well I guess we know ‘the stuff’ he was waiting for when he got the gun pulled on him. He clearly loves to smoke weed.

Forrest is the man. Shogun will go down in the upset of the night! I don’t know why everyone thinks he is going to get steamrolled. He’s not a can.

Forrest is a funny guy. Too bad Shogun is going to murder him via chute boxe violence.

Im not really sure whom will win between Shogun and Griffen. The favorite is Shogun but in my eyes the fight could really go either way. Griffen is a fighter, no doubt about it.

If Griffin wins it will be the biggest upset of the year. What do you guys think? Would Griffin winning over Shogun be more of an upset than Serra over GSP?

…Forrest is the man who going to wish he wasn’t when they unleash SHOGUN on him..its putting a Pit Bull to scrap with a golden retiever..if it is not a fast KTFO..he might need a tube to shit out of after the chuteboxe beatdown SHOGUN style.

Griffin is one tough dude, it’s really hard to see him winning against Shogun, but either way Griffin will make it a fight. Griffin can win the fight if he avoids the knees and clinch and forces a boxing match. He needs a good gameplan, and he needs to be aggressive.

Is it me or does Josh Haynes look exactly like Matt Hughes with blue hair in this interview?

Just shows that he is not the brightest by admitting it on video. Loves his Weed, at least it is not steroids.

Mania: Whats up with the odds on th upcoming fights?
Bisping is an underdog to Hammil? is that a mistake?
Sanchez is an under dog to fitch? I like Fitch in this fight but Im surprised to c 19 – 1 Diego as an underdog. what does every one think diego is gonna loose?
And Shogun ’s odds are only -150? Sweeeeeeeet?

I could care less if Kensall smoke’s weed because there are many stupider things he could be doing, although bragging about it on an interview is very immature. As long as he doesnt test positive for it at the fight then who really cares?
Smoking weed is fine, but bragging about it in an interview……not the brightest thing.
Randy please slap some sense into the boy. He’s got great heart, good work ethic, and a reach, and height advantage over anyone he gets in the cage with. All the potential in the world.
It would be ashame if he messes his career up over his stupidity

agree with comment above. As for Grove I think he’s ready for his step. it will truly be a test for him to see if he will be a true contender in the next year or so. The division is deeper now. After this fight if he wind decisively, I feel he should fight Kampmann next.

Everything is relative and relative to Shogun, Forrest is in fact a can. Sorry, hes a good guy and a solid fighter, but Shogun is phenomenal.

Who cares? At most he would get tested every three months after his fights, that is if he even gets selected for testing. Weed only takes 30 days to get out of your system and thats if he’s not smart enough to go to the local head shop and buy a $40 detox drink which enables you to smoke up to 1 day before a test and pass. I’m sure Kendell and several others use that method.

No way.. I mean Griffin although he will probly loose is a good fighter who can brawl with some of the best in the div.
Serra is a nobdy who would get smashed by half of the WW div.
Serra is really a 155er..
Karo
Miller
Penn
Hughes
KOS
Diego
off the top of my head would school Serra.
I really think Serra pulled one of if not the biggest upset in UFC history.

..R u serious? Serra is the business. He just happens to be the most underrated champion the UFC has seen. Hughes will get trashed by Serra when they fight..Serra vs Penn part1 was a close split decision for penn. He could of finished Karo when he had him hurt..and made up for it against GSP..what are you talking about Serra would either finsih or go the distance with every1 on ur list. Serra has only been stopped once in his career..against S.Carter in where he was dominating the whole 3rounds and lost do to the spinning backfist with like how many seconds left?? To later avenge that loss..The UFC WW Champ..Matt " The Terror " Serra is the business.
If Forrest beats Shogun ( unless being by a freak accident ) he should get a title shot ASAP..because that is a big upset.

Are people seriously giving Forrest a chance in this? Shogun is the better fighter in every aspect. Forrest is gona cry again. Yes upsets do happen and I like to root for the underdog. I dont know if I can do it this time. I might drink a mickeys with forrest’s picture on it for good luck though.

Phil I know your an East Coaster and I agree Serra is underrated. But at the same time Im thinking your Over-rating him. No way he hangs with BJ and I think Hughes will have enough of Serra’s NY city smack talk by the time December rolls around. Your boy is going to get GnPed into a TKO. If he ever gets another shot at GSP I’m calling a TKO in the first GSP swarming the “terror” into the ground.

Yo, tell me that fool doesn’t admit to smoking weed on tape?
Dude, they’re going to overturn your next fight if you’re not careful.
Remember, random drug testing ain’t really random if you tell them you’re likely to be found guilty!

The UFC Betting Odds, it has a link to UFC mania.
However I just checked them again and they fixed bisping odds, it had to have been a mistake.
John fitch is still the the favorite, his odds r -150
Diego is the underdog at 120
Shogun is the favorite(of course) but not a big one, his odds n -150
Forrest is a 120 underdog. In the odds maker eyes this seems to be a very close match up, I strongly disagree

Yeah, saw the Shogun/Rampage fight and I agree with the word, “maul.” Shogun really kicks his ass. Forrest is a good scrappy fighter yes, and can take a lot of punishment as well… but I don’t see how he could beat Shogun.

The only UFC LHW that even has a remote chance against Shogun is Chuck. These Pride guys are just on a completely different level than the UFC fighters. Chuck’s the only one that deserves to be on the same pedestal as Shogun, Wandy, Hendo, and Rampage. Hopefully he will prove that over the next year. Who else in the UFC has a chance against him? Please no one say Tito!
I like Forrest but it’s not going to be a good night for him.
by Steve on Aug 6, 2007 8:32 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
Forrest definitely has a chance if Shogun forgets that hes in the UFC now and tries to soccer kick him in the head after he knocks him down with a knee.

I’m going to have to disagree with this part and not just because I am also from the East Coast. Serra has already fought Penn and it came down to a split-decision. Thats hanging with him if you ask me.
