"The Silent Assassin" Luke Cummo (5-4) will return to action against Edilberto "Crocota" de Oliveira (8-1-1) at UFC Fight Night 11 on September 19, according to an interview posted on LukeCummo.com.
Here's the snip:
"My opponent for September 19th is nicknamed "Crocota" and he trains with Team BlackHouse."
Cummo -- the off-center welterweight finalist on season two of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) -- requested to fight on the card because his wife is pregnant. He will look to put together back-to-back wins inside the Octagon for the first time in his career during the Spike television special from The Palms Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After his first three UFC fights went the distance (1-2), Cummo finished his last bout against Josh Haynes with a knockout at UFC 69 in April. His stand up looked much improved, considering he is primarily known as a Brazilian jiu-jitsu specialist under the tutelage of UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Serra.
'Crocota' is a tough Brazilian fighter who is in search of his first UFC win. In his Octagon debut, he was pounded out by Paul Taylor via strikes during a preliminary bout at UFC 70: "Nations Collide" back in April.
