Sucks for Gideon, he seemed like a good guy on TUF. Too bad he can’t win any UFC fights or the IFL now.
Delson is a monster though, UFC needs him.

for real. That was super cool of that guy. I hate it when guys win they start taunting left and right. He prob saved gideon a lot of pain by being respectful like that.

it also makes him look a little cocky…as if Ray “needed” him 2 do that….what is Ray supposed to say…“thanks for the fight and saving my elbow u just broke”…..I know it was a “nice” thing to do….I just wouldn’t have done it…

Like I said…it was a “nice” thing to do….and yes, it helps give mma a “good” name…but if I was Ray, I would’ve been a little ticked that the guy would want to help me dirrectly after the fight was over…I’d rather have him go celebrate with his corner 1st, then come check on me and I’d shake hands and say “good fight, you sure won that.” But give me a chance to cool down and realize I just lost “again.” Like I said, this is just me…I don’t need your pity.

The dude was awesome i’v never really seen that in a fight, but it should hopefully show people that MMA isn’t full of hooligans.

Gideon is fine.People have to realize that Gideon is a true 170lb fighter and most of the defeats came at 185lbs. That’s a big difference considering some of the 185lb fighters are cutting down from 200 lbs. Keep your eye on Gideon and dont give up on him. He’s the Gladiator!

i dislocated my left elbow a few years back, and it took me out of the spec war program in the navy. i speak from experience, it hurts like hell, even right when it happens. mine was alittle worse, but none the less, that guy is a tough s.o.b.!!!

Gideon’s elbow was fine, it looks worse than it was.
When he really got hurt was the rematch when Heleno kicked him in the nuts.
