Check out 5/17, he mentions he got offered more cash if he gets KOed by Sakurai instead of winning. Wow, this sucks. Too bad he does not disclose the names of the two guys who apparently ran this scam, but with some investigation I am sure one can find out.

Wow! this is sad to hear. It seems like the money and the gambling will eventually penetrate every sport. Hope fully not takeover completely like it did to boxing

Im sure this has happened quite often in the MMA world. The lines between pride (literal pride, not the company) and money get pretty damn blury.

They tried to bribe him to get knocked out for 2 thousand more!!!! thats rediculous. atleast offer him 5 thousand more.

Rampage is a great fighter but Henderson is in the zone and it gonna be a great fight in september. I would bet on Henderson, he has not a glass jaw, thats for shure.. Someone who knows when Rua gonna step in and dominate the LHD?

Fighters beign paid to take a dive long story short. It’s a long shot, and probably dosnt actually take place. But as Rampage says, the crooks still try.
