UFC Fight Night 10 official weigh-in results

The official UFC Fight Night 10 weigh-in results are in the books and there were no surprises.
There wasn't much fanfare on hand at the Sheraton, either, from what I hear.
At any rate, here are the results according to UFC.com:

170 lbs.: Jon Fitch (170.5) vs. Roan Carneiro (170.5)
185 lbs.: Jordan Radev (184.5) vs. Drew McFedries (185)
155 lbs.: Jason Black (155.5) vs. Thiago Tavares (156)
170 lbs.: Forrest Petz (169.5) vs. Luigi Fioravanti (170.5)
170 lbs.: Tamdan McCrory (169.5) vs. Pete Spratt (170.5)
155 lbs.: Jeff Cox (155) vs. Gleison Tibau (155.5)
170 lbs.: Anthony Johnson (170) vs. Chad Reiner (171)
155 lbs.: Luke Caudillo (156) vs Nate Mohr (155.5)
Fighters in non-championship fights are allowed a one-pound cushion over the limit set for the division.
UFC Fight Night 10 takes place tomorrow, June 12, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
The televised portion on the Spike network begins at 9 p.m. EST. Results will begin to flow earlier than that here at UFCmania.com at about 6:30 p.m. with the undercard action.

Agreed. I’m looking forward to seeing Stout again. That boy can scrap and a big win like this would help him make his way back up the lightweight rankings.
I’d say hes the best striker at lightweight…….

MMA Weekly, with some help…., is doing a great story about drug use in MMA and the safety of MMA. It’s what I been saying all along. They have decided to attack the issues before the mainstream media does. I commend the for it. Could you put a thread up on it, Mania so everyone can discuss it?

i definitely do not agree

i definitely do not agree
72 has a better main event, even though this one isn’t bad, i’d say forrest/ramirez and fitch/carneiro are about the same, and there is no fight on this card that compares to ty griffin/guida and this card is only guaranteeing 3 fights, we’ll see at least 5 on 72, i like 72 way better…

Agree with you there. People get so crazy that 72 is not on par with the NORM PPV event, that in trying to make a point they say crazy things like this. I agree, it is not nearly the usual PPV quality event, but it aint THAT bad.

OH and I thought its ok cuz there making up for it with 73, not only that, but 74 is arguably jsut as good as 73, with the lineup for 73 and 74, they can afford 72 no problem, those two will much much more than make up for 72. So any complaining I was doing before I heard of 73 and 74, has come to an abrupt end

YES.
Absolutely posively NO. Do you consider either Sam Stout or Spencer Fisher on the same level of popularity and draw as Rich Franklin. No way. Forrest vs Hector is also a much more popular fight to the majority of UFC fans than the Fitch/Carniero fight. But us educated MMA fans know all about John Fitch, especially the people on this site, to consider these two matches even. We will probably only see 3 fights tonights, vs seeing about 5-6 fights on the PPV. The rest of the fights on both cards pretty much suck. The Tyson/Guida will be good and the Smith/Herman might be okay, but probably won’t be shown.

I had the same thoughts watching that vid.
Check ou the JON FITCH interview over on UFC.com. He’s becoming one of my favorite fighters more and more. Gotta love that guys attitude. Reminds me of Quinton at times when he talks. ( not Rampage, mind you ).

I agree that this card is pretty dope but I am mainly pumped for the stout-fisher fight, stout is going to show the world what canadian fighters are made of, It’s hard enough making it to the UFC being a canadian because there is next to no opourtunity unless You live in ontario. Becuase of this I dont think stout showed up to lose it will be a good take off for his career.
