Well that was the wierdest video ever. Although someone was telling him what to say, he is still funny as hell. Can anyone tell me why the hell someone is telling him what to say?
Anyway, I am sure you have all seen this video, but I think it is funny everytime I see it, so here it is.

I like Rampage. You dont often see a fighter who is talking shit predict a win in the 3rd round. I thought that was an interesting choice. Usually, you get something like, “Its not going past the first round.”
Ill be pulling for you Rampage.

strange interview
didnt sound like the usual rampage
perhaps hes taking training incredibly seriously and is transforming into the fighter rather than the comedian
rampage would be a great belt carrier for the ufc
chuck seems a little uneasy around the camera and seems to struggle for words at times wheras rampage always seems to find it easy
with randy picking him to win i think il stick some money on him currently hes 2/1 at the bookies
i think this is a line of 300 for americans
stick $100 on if he wins get $300

Randy is the man,but if I’m not mistaken he did pick Hughes to beat GSP the 2nd fight so don’t bet the house.

Rampage is the mann!!! but I disagree on a 3rd round knockout. with all the bombs that will be thrown that night i can’t see it going passed the second. Rampage by TKO via knees in a muy thai clinch Anderson Silva style.

that some funny shit man but you have to be carefull alot of people who post on this site are very vunerable and were born without a sense of humor, look back to that vid that was put on here where Rampage was buying a jockstrap and just read some of the ridiculous comments of people sayin all kinds a shit, their dull senses of humor were more funny than the vid.

I have to say videos like this is why I beleive that Rampage is the guy who can help break MMA into the mainstream. He has the in ring charisma of Tito Ortiz but he is funnier and more interesting when it comes to interviews. He likes to have fun he’s not like Chuck who in interviews seems to take himself to serious. I could see Rampage doing SNL or MAD TV and it actually working out sort of like when The Rock made his first SNL appearance.
MMA needs guys like Rampage to be successful because he is sort of like a young Muhammed Ali (Not in terms of the social/political importance) but in terms of the magnetic personality. Definitely a good embassador for the sport.
OMG on a side note I had the chance to meet Charles “Crazy Horse” Bennett while I was in Florida training for a competition in Georgia and I have to say that guy is really as crazy as he acts on TV. A bit of an brash personality it either works for you or it doesn’t but he is also funny as hell.

i dont have audio, im under the impression that someone is feeding rampage lines to say?? Being funny wins you fans, but it doesnt win you fights…..Rampage is an exciting fighter, and he is pretty funny (or i guess whoever feeds him lines is funny), either way he is good for the sport, and he can make a lot of money in the ufc….but i dont think it will help him against chuck

i’m sorry but IMO the last thing i want to see is a muhammed ali type “mouth” in the ufc. sports is littered with big mouth trash talkers and frankly im sick of the shit. let your skills do the talking. i wouldn’t even care if they won then talked shit, but when you talk all that crap before and then get your ass wooped you look like a fool. all that jaw flapping doesn’t intimidate anyone anymore either. it worked in ali’s day because noone knew what to think of it. now even shitty athletes talk shit.
IMO the baddest MFers dont say a word before, they come out and bury your azz. then they flex a little for the camera and walk back to the locker room afterwords.

I agree with sooper. Did anyone see the entrance walk by Corey Spinks on Saturday night? It was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Keep that crap in boxing and away from the UFC. Hope Chuck takes his head off.

“I’m going to knock him out in the first round” isn’t trash talk?

Trash talk seems to only be called Trash talk when its done by someone that the fans either don’t like or when its done by a guy who ends up losing. Chuck talks shit and wins so no one considers it trash Talk, people didn’t like Tito so he would talk shit and win but people would call him arrogant instead of confident. I know the nature of human thinking so I’m not deterred from the idea that CHARACTERS is what MMA needs to break into the main stream. Some characters are created thru dialog (Ali, Floyd, etc) and then some are created thru careful match making matching them up against guys with whom they can show those skills against (Mike Tyson, Roy Jones Jr, Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz).
Both types of characters are needed to woo the non MMA fan into wanting to know more about the sport. Whether you like it or not thats business. Dana White back when he was friends with Tito Ortiz helped CREATE that Bad Boy image and Dana will even say that himself because he has said before that he created Tito and when he says that its because he matched Tito up against guys who were good match ups for Tito. It wasn’t until Chuck could no longer be denied and Tito and Dana had a falling out that Tito was forced to fight Chuck and really when Tito fought Randy in Vegas the odds makers actually had Tito as the favorite because the idea at the time was that Randy was over the hill and past his time.
Characters help sell any sport be it basketball, baseball, football, boxing, etc… MMA isn’t special, they need characters to break into the main stream

Are we sure this isn’t a video of a MIT grad or Harvard?? Hmmm I think this is a clip of a brain surgeon….oh wait nevermind that’s just Rampage….1, 2, 4, 7, 8…Can’t wait for him to shut the pie hole, and see stars while laying on his back…Cheers!!

I don’t care what any body says, the trash talk is the reason why most these fights are interesting…to see someone talk shit and then get their ass whooped is why more and more people are watching the sport..I mean don’t get me wrong I still hate hearing weak ass dudes talk shit, but when its someone like rampage or chuck then thats a different story..

If Chuck loses it will def. be becase he talks a “little lot” of crap, and he really should have met Rampage for drinks.
If Rampage loses, it will be due to his lack of training because his partners have bad breath.
