Here here MOREthanUFC…..Couture’s worth ethic has nothing on Tank Abbot’s….So who is Randy fighting next?? It sure isn’t gonna be Cro Cop who’s probably still seeing stars and little birds flying over his head….Cheers!!

This is what makes RC what he is inside the cage. This can be applied to anything in life actually. It’s called Work Ethic & I can think of a few fighters that can learn alot by just watching these 2 short clips.

I’m 43 and I’m training for a 1/2 marathon. My knee makes weird noises, lower back pinches, ankles get sore… and I’m not even getting kicked, punched or slammed. I don’t know how he does it other than he has a big red S on his chest.
