Pete 'Pimp' Spratt draws Tamdan McCory at UFN 10

Former contestant on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 4, Pete Spratt (15-8), will face UFC newbie Tamdan McCory (7-0) in a welterweight bout on the UFC Fight Night 10 undercard on June 12.

After his loss to Marcus Davis at UFC 69, Spratt's status as a UFC fighter was somewhat in question because he's posted a rather pedestrian record inside the Octagon (3-3).

Put simply, he has been the epitome of inconsistency during his tenure with the promotion.

I'm glad to see he was given another chance. Not because I want to see him get submitted again, but because I thought I missed a chance to post the footage of him on "Blind Date."

Here it is:

Taking notes, Tim Sylvia?

Damn man how many of these fighters go on blind date?

Did the UFC sue blind date like they are Elite…I seen UFC footage. Bet it wasn’t authorized. (the secret weapon is too funny)

Cool, Pete’s the man, did he really lose 10 g’s, didn’t know he was paid that well. The way most fighters get paid, you would think he would be betting a lot less. He seems like sort of a ladies man don’t know why he’d be on this show, and I’m sure he could do a lot better than her.

TamdEn McCory is a good up and coming fighter. He’s unbeaten at 7-0 and has only seen the second round twice. With 6 TKOs and one RNC sub to TamdEn’s credit, this will probably be the last time you see Pete “Big Butt” Spratt. I hope this one is televised.

I could see Spratt losing another one. Why do they give Spratt fights?

Ha- he wondered if it was alright to pee on her! Do it dude!!! Oh wait- “pee in here”. My bad.

Guys who finish near the top on TUF challenge for a belt. Then you have guys like Pete who get 10K to hang around as crash test dummies for the up-and-comers. Pete is 3-3, well on his way along the Elvis Sinosic career path towards 8-10-1.

Blind date always has some funny comments during the show. Pete should have kept that 10 thou and bet it on his next opponent cause he’s gonna get dropped. He’s gonna need the money, unless he decides to work with Andreina as a cook. Can’t go after Roger Lodge about that one buddy.

They give him fights because he is an aggressive fighter. I’m not a huge Pete Spratt fan, but I do enjoy watching him fight. I’ve seen him hold his own with St Pierre. He can be really good at times. I guess we will see how he handles the UFC newcomer.

Spatt the pimp! Nathan, this girl is pretty hot, i don’t know what you r talking about. Pete probably holds his own overall with the ladies, but I guess he wanted to be on TV.

I always liked Spatt. If he had some ground gave he’d be alot better. I remember he beat the crab out of Robie Lawler. That was awesome.

I seriously doubt the $10,000 was for real. $10,000 is no chum change for any UFC guy, not just Pete.

Opinions on looks are subjective bro, that’s why it’s called taste, everyone is different.

i’d say calling pete an average fighter is overating him. it seems like i saw him get beat up on some other shit like ifl or wcl.

Ouch! hope you can back it up. As for me, i’d be more than happy taking this “garbage” out anyday.
