Friday at 10 a.m. be sure to tune in to FOX or your FOX affiliate -- or program the DVR -- as fighters from the UFC go head-to-head with talk show host Dr. Keith Ablow.

For those of you who didn't catch my live report (shame on you), the segment focuses on the UFC lifestyle and how it affects a fighter's family. While largely a fluff piece, there were some genuinely entertaining moments.

Fighters that appeared with their families were Matt Serra, Sean Sherk, Kenny Florian, Chris Lytle and Shonie Carter. The episode was taped in February so unfortunately it will not cover Serra's recent upset of Georges St. Pierre at UFC 69.
