Yes, they updated since the post: welterweights for now. Not sure if another class would be added. Doesn’t make much sense considering the talent at 170.

Yeah I think it should be a fighting tournament myself. I mean drills are good pratice and all, but to be able to see who can actually give and take a punch, able to fight on the ground ect can only be seen in a real life fight.

I dont see why they dont do something along the lines of an international type TUF. Take in like some unique fighters… Hunt them down and get em on.

(Get names from other sports/Jobs that could make a possible transition or even different nations)

(205 Division or Heavys)
(Have a feel to the show, not just a bunch of scruffs trying to make a break)
Jobs (Body Guard/Military PE/EX-Prisoner/
Sport (Judo/Sumo/Wrestling/Boxer/TKD/Thai Kickboxer/BJJ)
Nations (French/Russian/German/Egypt/South African/Canadian/Japaneese/Korean/Chineese/Australian You get the Idea) They would have to be able to speak english of course…

How about make a Super heavy division with the winner of the show being the champ…
I often thought wouldnt it be nice to take some really hotshot athletes and get em to do a “bigbrother” type show but none of the sporting challenges would be any that they are profficient at.

Robin, Bisping and Pointon werent enough for you? I dont see them ever doing a heavyweight show again. Heavyweights are too slow and sloppy… really lacks entertainment.

Not all heavyweights are slow and sloppy, Are you forgeting about crocop, arlovski, or coture.

When will there be an opportunity for 145 weight class? I had heard this December there would be tryouts to get on an undercard at the UFC. Is this true?
