Jeff Joslin pulls out of UFC UFN 9 with injury
Jeff Joslin (5-3) suffered an undisclosed injury during training and will be unable to compete against Kuniyoshi Hironaka (10-3) at UFC Fight Night 9 on April 5, according to FightNetwork.com.
No replacement has been named for the Canadian welterweight, who dropped his UFC debut bout to Josh Koscheck in December 2006 via unanimous decision.
In the loss, however, Joslin flashed the talent and grit that has made him an extremely popular fighter among MMA fans in his native nation.
Joslin joins former heavyweight champion Frank Mir (9-3) as late scratches from the event, which will be aired live from The Pearl in The Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, on SpikeTV.
We'll let you know as soon as an opponent is named for Hironaka.

Sorry to hear it. Joslin looked good. He was schooling “vastly improved striker” (copyright UFC) Koscheck in the stand up so that Kos had to revert back to his lay n’ pray roots.
