PrintLoretta Hunt from The Fight Network caught up with the new UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture after his five-round unanimous decision win over Tim Sylvia at UFC 68.
Couture talks about the fight, of course, but also some of the verbal exchanges between him and the former champ that we were not privvy to during the pay-per-view (PPV).

This is the classiest guy on the face of this planet. A mans man we can all learn from. I just changed my mind. God I hope he beats Cro Cop. How can you not root for this guy?

Frank Shamrock—-the guy is so delusional that it makes for great sounds bytes. Hell, now that I think of it, Renzo is pretty damn good—-for different reasons than Shamrock of course.

Randy’s good on the mic, no question. But honestly, if you want an interview without tautologies and obvious observations, Frank Trigg actually gives really good interviews.

Randy is the man! Cro Cop is a big ask, but I’ll be rooting for Randy all the way and I think that he can do it.
