Reminiscent of his visit to a radio station that featured Tony Hawk. They asked Chuck to give a demonstration on one of the staffers who called Chuck’s mercy punch “Bullshit”.
Well, let’s just say someone ended up in the fetal position and it wasn’t Chuck or Tony…

i have watched this video at least 40 times and i cant get how to effectifly do this punch i have trained in mma scince i was 3 so i know how to punch but chuck liddell is my favorite fighter and i would like to be able to do this punch any help is much apprechaited
