UFC 66 fighter payouts and salaries

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell wasn't just a winner inside the Octagon on December 30. He also took home a nice paycheck for disposing of Tito Ortiz in the third round of their rematch at UFC 66.

Prior to UFC 66, we shared the fighter purses for a few fighters, including Liddell, Ortiz, Andrei Arlovski, Marcio "Pe de Pano" Cruz, Keith Jardine and Forrest Griffin.

Keep in mind that fighters often earn extra cash on the side from sponsorship deals and other affiliations. This list does not include those exclusive figures.

In addition, fighters usually don't walk home with complete paychecks. There are managers, trainers, promoters, nutritionists and a whole slew of people, including Uncle Sam, who get a percentage of the purse -- win or lose.
