Miletich Fighting Systems fighters – specifically UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia and Jens Pulver – have been teaching teenagers at Thurgood Marshall School in Rock Island, Illinois, cardio and conditioning exercises after school.

According to an article on whpf.com, there's been a celebrity teacher every Thursday for the past six weeks. Here's a snip:

Both men say they want to show young people in the school's troubled neighborhood that there's more to life than violence and hanging out on the streets. Instead, they can go to a gym, get some exercise, and feel good about themselves.
